But as I gave my three-point talk and read the faces of my listeners, my mind settled again into what my heart knew: That all women everywhere need to be reminded that when they are weary they can rest in the loving, nurturing, healing presence of God.  All women everywhere need to be reminded that the unique passions, gifts, talents, and dreams God has placed within them are worth pursuing.  All women everywhere need to be reminded that through friendships with one another they can decrease the weight of life’s troubles and increase the pleasure of life’s joys.  All women everywhere are daughters of the same God and sisters in the same family.
